- New Bike Assembly Guarantee - Every new bike we sell comes with a one year assembly gurantee. Anything having to do with our assembly of your new bike is covered by this year long service plan.
- Satisfaction Guarantee - If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll endeavour to provide a satisfactory outcome. Refunds are only given with return of the original receipt.
- Repair Guarantee - Our repairs are guaranteed for one month. If you have any problems with repairs to your bike, we will do our best to ensure they are solved to your satisfaction.
- Product Warranty - We will serve as the broker for any warranty arising from any faulty product purchased from Sooke Cycle Ltd.
